What we do
Outfluo is online software (SaaS) that helps brands and agencies decide which creators to work with. Our analysis is built on public Instagram and TikTok data, such as follower counts, audience details, views and engagement. Customers use it in their web browser to:
- Find creators: search and filter Pakistani creators by category, audience and performance.
- Plan a campaign: describe the campaign and budget, and our AI suggests which creators fit it best and why.
- Follow what is working: see the top creators in each category right now, with their views and engagement.
- Measure results: track how sponsored posts perform after a campaign.
We only give brands information and recommendations. We do not introduce brands to creators, manage deals or act as an agent. Any deal a brand makes with a creator is agreed and paid directly between them, outside Outfluo.
Our customers are businesses: brands, marketing teams and agencies. We do not sell physical goods.
Business model
We earn money from one source only: subscriptions to our software, which give access to our data and AI analysis. A free plan lets anyone try the product. There are three paid plans:
- Starter: PKR 21,000 a month, or yearly at a discount. For brands running their first campaigns.
- Growth: PKR 42,000 a month, or yearly at a discount. For brands and small agencies.
- Enterprise: PKR 84,000 a month, or yearly at a discount. For agencies and growing teams.
What each plan includes is listed on Products & pricing. We do not take commission and we do not hold or pass on money for anyone.
What our payment gateway is used for
Customers pay for an Outfluo subscription plan (monthly or annual) by debit/credit card or wallet through PayFast. Each payment gives access to the platform for the plan period. Plans can be renewed at the end of each period. The payment gateway is used only to collect subscription fees for access to our software.
- Who pays: the business that owns the Outfluo account.
- Currency: Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Received by: ThinkCrest AI Solutions.
The gateway is not used for payments to or from creators, commissions, escrow, wallet top-ups or stored balances, donations, or selling any third party's goods or services.
How a payment works
- The customer signs up and chooses a plan, monthly or annual.
- They pay by debit/credit card or wallet on PayFast's secure checkout. Outfluo never sees or stores card details.
- Once payment is confirmed, the plan is switched on in their account straight away for the plan period. Nothing is shipped, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- At the end of the period the customer can pay again to renew. Nothing is charged automatically. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
