Your account details (name, email, or Google sign-in), your brand details, content you add, billing records, and basic usage data such as device, browser and IP address. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
Creator data
Outfluo shows information creators have made public on Instagram and TikTok, such as profile details, follower counts and post performance. Creators can ask us to correct or remove their profile by emailing contact@outfluo.com.
How we use it
To run the service, process payments, provide support, send account emails and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us operate Outfluo, such as hosting, payments and email, or when required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of closure, apart from records we must keep by law. All data is encrypted in transit.
