About Outfluo
Outfluo is software for planning influencer campaigns in Pakistan. It helps brands and agencies find creators, plan budgets and measure paid posts. We are not an agency or broker, so any deal you make with a creator is between you and the creator. See About & payments for how our business works and what we charge for.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Outfluo. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, email contact@outfluo.com.
Plans and billing
Plans and prices are listed on Products & pricing. Payments are made in Pakistani Rupees through our payment gateway, PayFast, and are received by ThinkCrest AI Solutions. We do not store your card details. Paid plans are paid in advance for a month or a year and give access for that period. They are not renewed or charged automatically: to continue, you pay again at the end of each period. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Plan limits reset each plan period and do not carry over. We will give you 30 days' notice by email before any price change. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute Outfluo data, share one account between businesses, use the service to spam or harass anyone, or attempt to bypass plan limits or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Data and estimates
Creator data is collected from public Instagram and TikTok profiles. Rates, scores and campaign plans are estimates, not guarantees, so please confirm figures with creators before committing budget.
Ownership
Content you add to Outfluo remains yours, and we use it only to provide the service. The Outfluo software, brand and data remain our property.
Liability
Outfluo is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will email you about material changes. We may suspend or close accounts that breach them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
