Delivery
Your plan is activated in your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will resolve it.
Service period
Monthly plans run for one month and annual plans for twelve months from the payment date. Plans are not renewed automatically: to continue, pay for the next period when the current one ends. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
